Bichi LGEA Distributes BESDA Offer of Appointment to Newly Recruited Facilitators

The Bichi Local Government Education Authority (LGEA) has distributed offer of appointment l to newly recruited facilitators under the Better Education Service Delivery for All (BESDA) program. 
The ceremony, led by Hon. Habibu Fagolo, Vice Chairman of Bichi Local Government Council, representing the Chairman, took place at the council's headquarters.

In his remarks, Malam Auwal Idris Bichi, Education Secretary of Bichi LGEA, emphasized the importance of competency and dedication in the newly recruited BESDA Cohort IV Facilitators.
 He urged them to demonstrate a strong commitment to improving the quality of education in the area, stating that "the success of the BESDA program depends on your ability to deliver effective teaching and learning outcomes."

He assured them that the LGEA would soon organize in-house training to enhance their skills and provide the necessary support to improve the education status of Bichi LGEA. 
He also encouraged them to be innovative, resourceful, and passionate about their work, saying "we expect you to be role models and change agents in your respective schools."

The facilitators were presented with their offer appointments, marking a significant milestone in the implementation of the BESDA program in the area. 

The Education Secretary also announced that a mentoring program would be established to pair experienced teachers with newly recruited facilitators to ensure a smooth transition and knowledge transfer.
